This hearing is to discuss the application for East 4th Street Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area. #CLEDocumenters @cledocumenters @signalcleveland
There are certain members who’s names are unclear as they have arrived at different times. I will do my best to cover who each member is as it is their turn to speak. #CLEDocumenters @cledocumenters @signalcleveland
An application for a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) on East 4th Street in Cleveland has been submitted to the City and is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council and is available for public inspection. #CLEDocumenters @cledocumenters @signalcleveland
Attached is a photo of this meeting setting along with members for easier identification of those who were not previously named. #CLEDocumenters @cledocumenters @signalcleveland https://t.co/LmpgnaJrd4
The DORA is a designated area approved by City Council that allows patrons 21 and older to purchase alcoholic beverages in a designated cup from participating and permitted establishments. Patrons then can carry the beverages within the defined outdoor area. #CLEDocumenters
As an update to my previous tweets, I was able to get the names of those who spoke today.
Council Member Kerry McCormack opened the meeting and read the agenda.
Ari Maron of AJAPPJR LLC is who discussed the application.
Karl Brunges discussed what the DORA is ultimately for.
