@cledocumenters Director Wilson started with a request regarding modifications to a previous RFP for a personal Services contract for a system engagement platform planned.
In two areas, picture processing and post production of live events.

Next Director Kaine spoke to city contracts regarding sewers
and professional services..
Water main issues that are over 4 million dollars as well. This construction is with various subcontractors.

@cledocumenters Next an interim director spoke about an agenda items for aircraft rescue and firefighters contracts.. this is a renewable item
There are some audio issues with the question on uniforms protecting quality..

One is a modified version of a previous resolution with additional funding requested

Another staff member substituted for a director stood up and addressed the chairman regarding a resolution
Again, the audio is poor

@cledocumenters This was in regard to a construction project that was rescinded. The proposal is to award to another bidder, the second lowest.
Questions about why the first company was removed. Audio issues prevailed during the period..

This director from Community Development addressed the Board. Regarding amendments to change addresses on Corlett Ave as per the agenda. Parcel numbers are the current issue

Question about the use of the project are for Gardens
Side yard projects are the issue for some parcels
These are on both the East and west side of the city..
Audio is again poor during this period

@cledocumenters The city usually sells side yards to homeowners who are next to the parcel
