A more than $2.8 million study was approved to revamp GLWA’s biosolids processing. The associated capital improvement project resulting from the study has a separate budget “north of $500 million” currently and is anticipated to cost up to $1 billion when finished.

This contract is for over $1.5 million for 1 yr for staffing…original contract was over $2 million for 3 yrs. This passed no objection.
